Classes are held at 41 Filion, St-Sauveur, Quebec, J0R 1R0 (In the Laurentians) In Montreal near the Atwater market at 4020 St-Ambroise, Suite 472, Montreal, Quebec and also on Zoom.

Important Announcement

We are deeply saddened to share that Ilona, the founder of Hypnonaissance and Hypnobirthing Canada, is no longer able to offer hypnobirthing classes due to advanced health challenges and we are not handling any new requests at this time. Ilona has spent years passionately supporting families and promoting calm, confident birth experiences. Her dedication and wisdom have touched countless lives.
